e-Tickets and e-Borders
We will email e-Tickets to Party Leaders approximately two weeks before your departure.
If you are a couple or family booking, we will issue a Group e-Ticket, with which all listed passengers must check in together. For all other parties, a two-page e-Ticket will be issued for each passenger, allowing individual party members to check in separately if they wish.
If you have a particular request for the format of your party's e-Tickets, or you would like the e-Tickets to be emailed to a specific email address different from the one previously used, you must inform us at least three weeks before departure.
You are required to print your e-Tickets and hand them to the check-in staff at Gatwick and Grenoble airports (showing the booking reference number is NOT enough). All e-Tickets will be checked against passports at check-in so it is vital that all tickets match the surname and initial as shown on each person's passport.
We regret that an administration charge of £25 per ticket is payable for any name change where an incorrect name was given on the Booking Form, or for any replacement format e-Ticket issued.
E-BORDERS SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
E-Borders security information (passport details, date of birth, etc.) is not
currently required for chartered flights, although the UK Border Agency and Thomson Airways
may require YSE to start collecting this data from passengers at any time. Should
we need to do this we will ask you to log into a secure area of our
website and give details for all members of your party. More information
